Principal, The Kavery Abstract— Internationalization is the process of designing an application various languages and region without engineering language support. This aims in developing global known English language to any of the regional “Internationalization (i18N)of Tamil A Native Language by rule based Unicode mapping method”, which has been developed using Unicode and Java Programming . Each word represented in English is replaced with its phonetically equivalent of Tamil.
